Terrible delivery experience, it took 2 weeks to arrive . By that time I had already ordered a new bottle through Amazon .
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry the delivery took longer than you expected.
Your order was processed, packed, and shipped promptly on our end, as we always strive to do. Since we ship from Puerto Rico to the mainland U.S., the typical transit time is usually around 1–2 weeks depending on USPS, and this is noted in our shipping information before purchase.
We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
